Please follow the care instructions as outlined in product description as we are unable to accept claims on fabrics which have been laundered incorrectly.
The colour of fabrics as depicted online cannot be guaranteed by S.A Docrat due to variances beyond our control such as lighting and device settings. Additionally, we do not guarantee colour fastness or shrinkage for any fabric.
In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong fabric please contact us promptly.
S. A DOCRAT reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if the stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. Should S. A Docrat exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
